Anyway, I read your post. While I thought it is good, I think you look at this as if BOTH men were not going to be taking this test. In my post, I’m looking at it from the human aspect, as are you, since, it seems people can’t do that, because, it’s PBF, who was asking. I don’t care if it was PBF, asking or not. I know his reputation, and based on what I know of him, he’s not the kind of person, I would befriend, at this stage of my life. But, it does not mean, that he is DIABOLICAL or does not work hard and take his job very seriously, or is wrong, all the time. In this case, given the facts, he was not wrong for ASKING for the test, if he had ANY suspicions. I don’t respect the actions of Roger and SR. This is a business, and they need to understand, the level of professionalism required, even it is “Lil Floyd”, they are talking about. “Lil Floyd” is worth a lot of money, and Roger and Sr., are f*ckin that up, to some extent. So, is Floyd, based on some of his associations and own actions. But, given all that, he’s NOT wrong, for asking for this test.

So, never testing positive, has NO merit, when what you are looking for, can only found in the blood. So, it leaves room, for more doubt.

They guy in the analogy, is interested in moving forward, but, is not comfortable doing so, until he knows for sure, that she is not HIV positive. PBF was interested in making the fight, but, he was not comfortable doing so, until he was sure, Pac was not using PEDs, to get an unfair advantage. The guy in the analogy, volunteered to go to the clinic and undergo the same HIV test, as her. PBF presented his request, as MUTUALLY applied OSDT.

Now, the guy, in the analogy, had a genuine concern about his safety. The facts tell us that PBF was concerned, about ensuring there was a level playing field. Neither the guy in the analogy or PBF, had proof, that there was any reason, to think things were on the up-and-up. What they had were circumstantial facts, the opinions of others, and their own intuition, which made them feel justified in asking for test.

I believe most (intelligent) people, in a situation like this guy’s in the analogy, would ask for that test. As I believe, PBF made an intelligent choice, of asking Pac to take the test, because, he was in doubt–not AFTER the fight, BEFORE.

BTW, I don’t drink either Coke or Pepsi, and I stopped drink Kool-Aid too…long, long ago…

About Manny being Guilty before proven innocent…………

I will say it..He is guilty until proven innocent especially if he has the opportunity to prove he is innocent by taking random blood test. In life my creditability is more precious than anything. If i know that I can prove that i am clean and make close to 30 million dollars while do it. Who in ther right mind wouldn’t do it. He can go on any TV show or radio station or any magazine or newspaper and say he is clean but the question they are going to ask is, ” Why didn’t you agree to random Blood test?” In sports, you don’t have to get caught cheating to be guilty. Look at Andre Ward, he hs associated himself with Victor Conte’. People are saying he is making a big mistake by do that but he has’t tested positive for anything as of yet. But, he is guilty by association.i.e…Manny is guilty by association bc Roach has had 2 boxers test positive for Steroid and one in James Toney went through a smiliar stint in his career when he was destroying boxers. All I know is if someone is suspecting im a cheat and I know I’m not and I can easily prove otherwise I’m going to prove whoever has doubts wrong because I know I’m right. The I’m gonna go in the ring and win the fight because I believe I’m the best.

Now Pac never disagreed to the testing but the only reason it broke down is due to the EGOS of them both and the people around them. They were negotiating and negotiations broke down. They broke down not because one didn’t want to fight the other or one wanted to duck the other, believe they BOTH want to fight each other to prove they are the best but EGOS got in the way!

Anyone who think Mayweather is scared or ducking Pac is entitled to there opinion but personal feeling about Floyd aside he has the harder fight of the two right now. Manny is a way more likeable character but looking at it as a neutral for me its Pac who needs to be answering the questions.

An observation I find when looking at this argument is Pac fans tend to get personal and drift away from the facts if your gonna debate your opinions stick to the facts and avoid the name calling!

Say what you want about Pac’s opponents, he still has the better resume. Mosley lost to Cotto who Pacquiao beat.

Don’t get it twisted. The only thing you can achieve by trying to downplay Pac’s opponents is leave the door open for people to downplay Floyd’s opponents.

Which boxers have Manny fought that has better value than any boxer that Floyd has fought.the only person you can through in there is Cotto and he was drained. For anyone to think that Floyd -Moseley would pull better PPV numbers than Pac- Clotty fight, let’s just wait and see.
As far as I know, Pac-Clotty has their tickets already sold 45,000 of them. Compare to MGM which holds 17,000. Floyd- Moseley could not sell out that figure for the few hours it came out. PAC- and an unknown opponent sell 24,000 tickets in just few hours on the first day it came out. Just imagine that if it was Pac against another Moseley, it will even further dwarf any Mayweather bout.

If Berto-Moseley had pulled thru, Floyd would be fighting a nobody and it would have been a PPV disaster for the Money freak Floyd.

Here is a simple analysis who the better draw is:

Floyd vs. Nobody = PPV failure

Pac vs. Nobody = PPV by the Millions.

Floyd vs. Somebody = PPV 900,000 to a Million.

Pac vs. Somebody = PPV record dwarfing dela hoya/ mayweather bout.

by the way this is just a projection based on the current statistics where Pac is the current recipient of such and such boxing awards that Floyd and his tinny brained fans can only dream of.

Let me help you if i can: How many seats does the Dallas stadium holds, yeah over 100,000. Now how many seats does the MGM holds, yeah 17,000. So, based on simple math which is what we learned in Elementary. If you have more seating you are going to have more people. Now, lets continue on the simple math theory. If i have 17,000 seats sealing from $150-$1250 and You have 40,000 seats selling at a whopping “$50″-$700. The last time i checked 150 is 3 times greater than 50. so, it will take 3 times as many seats to be sold at the Dallas Stadium to achieve the ammount of money that will be made at that MGM. So in simple math more mean better just not in the case when you have less that cost more than the greater. YOu are exactly right when you say they may have sold more tickets in a shorter period of time..If its cheap and everyone can afford it, you will have large numbers of purchasers in a short period of time..Once agiain basic logic and math.

This is what makes GBP so smart when it comes to marketing and PPV. Why in the heck will you want to fight in a 100,000 seat stadium at $50-$700, when you can fight in a 17,000 seat hotel and make more money at the gates. So, let me help you. First off he wanted to set dates for the 3 random test and the last of the 3 being after the bout. That is so not right. Because for one, you can cycle the PEDs out of you system way before you even fight..FYI: when you take PEDs, you don’t take them for the entire time you are training, you take them to get you to the level you want to achieve and then you continue to work out and maintain what you gained from using them..So, for him know the 3 days he would be subject to testing he could be clean then. And besides what fighter would use PEDs so close to a fight knowing they are going to be test after.
