those paquiao haters, admit that pacman is very charismatic otherwise as a hater you would not want to watch manny on kimmel live show but you did, because he has charisma, and you did not turn off your tv instead you stayed and watched him sang. admit it he was entertaining you too.those mayweather lovers they want manny to talk trash like him . mayweather enjoys talking trash and bragging about his money. manny enjoys singing;[ nothing wrong about that.] he is not bragging about his money because every knows he has it. if you don’t want to hear him sing turn off you tv or change you channel to a trash talk. no sense of humor.

guest- I really appreciate your honesty, and ability to keep our varying viewpoints in perspective. I have a ton of respect for guys like you that know how to express themselves in a very normal, casual and decent way. Agree or disagree…….and i am sure that we will find a lot of common ground there around here somewhere again on these bblogs…lolol…….you got my respect………you seem like a fair and reasonable guy.

  • guest says:

preston – I hear you too. It’s a fair point and your rationale is logical. However, I must say that for some people…the performance is just fine while comical for others. If you chuckled, then perhaps you were actually entertained. I think I would be rather be chuckling at Pacquiao’s singing ability than listening to Mayweather telling me how rich he is. I actually thought the band took him seriously because I don’t really think anyone in their right mind considers him a serious crooner. If Pacquiao does…well let him have fun at it since I like the idea of such a dangerous boxer in the ring just being a fun-loving guy outside the ring. It seems like that’s the latest and most encouraging transformation of Mike Tyson. Lastly, there must be a good reason Kimmel invited him back for an encore, i.e. good for his TV ratings. I’m with you that nobody is above criticism but most comments posted on these sites are just plain insults rather than criticisms.

  • preston says:

guest- I hear you man……….I am not trying to be a buzzkill, and….llolol. I definatley did not look at the entire performance…….only a few seconds before I start chuckling. I just get more of a laugh by reading some of the comments from the “lunatic fringe” segment of Pac’s fan. I just said that Pac singing is bad, and why try to sugar coat it and call it anything more……all of this “entertainment” and “fun” talk is nothing but a bunch of BS. If we can all agree that Pac’s singing is bad, than what in the world is he doing? There is a measuring stick that comes with all forms of entertainment……..either you are entertaining us to make us laugh, or take you seriously………again, Pac is singing serious songs, with a serious message……so, being that we all see that Pac cant sing, and he is not trying to make make us laugh by the songs that he sings, again, then what is he doing?? To me, I look at Pacs singing in two ways…….comical at best, or egotistical at worse……..unfortunately, because he is not trying to entertain us by intentionally trying to be funny, I think that it is a little bit of both. And come on man everybody gives their two cents worth on all of these articles whether they like or dislike the boxer or topic, but why is it that the Pac guys act like pac is sooo above criticism???

  • guest says:

Hey, preston…sounds to me like you actually watched the whole performance…almost as if you couldn’t get yourself to turn it off.

You should just take a break and let the people that enjoyed it…enjoy it. Or do you just like being Mr. Buzzkill all the time.

I gather you did not like the performance and basically wasted your time. So, you want to waste your time some more by supporting your opinion that you did not like it? Wouldn’t you be better off just getting off this train of thought and having a beer or something?

The previous comment about Mike Tyson is well taken. Did you see him singing in the Hangover movie? Horrible singing but very entertaining. You don’t have to like it but that’s entertainment, baby.

  • preston says:

Wierd Al Yankovich singing is what you would consider to be fun because we get what he is doing………years ago it was Tiny Tim. People laughed in the audience because they KNEW it was a joke, and intended to entertain. For all of the guys that want to say that pac is entertaining his fans………..is Pac trying to convey to the audience what the aforementioned guys did????? Pac is not singing songs filled with jest to get a laugh out of his audience….he is singing serious songs with serious messages…….and this is why it is soooooooo pathetic to hear you guys post nonsense to cover for Pac on this one. Pac is not above being criticized, his doodoo stinks just like everybody elses!!………….lololol

  • preston says:

okay…listen this is getting ridiculous. People go on American Idol all the time because they think that they can sing. Try and try as they will, and as much of a support sytem that they bring with them, they get told the cold hard truth all the time, and they leave the room in tears becuase some of them just cant sing. This is sooooooo pathentic to hear you guys try to put Mannys singing off as “fun”…….funny, but definately not “fun” and “games” to Pac. I know that Pac, just like any other mega star surrounds himself with “yes” men, and no one in his inner circle would ever dare say anything critical of him……..but that doesnt stop the average fan from getting a chuckle out of this. Mannys accomplishments in the ring are admirable………no one is jealous of him or hates him because they cringe whenever he attempts to “drop a line”………lolol…..what is the freakin big deal about that?????????

  • Hiiiiiii says:

Anyone who has anything negative to say about this needs to jump off a cliff ASAP. He sings like crap we all know that, but its his own little way of having fun with his fans…how can you hate on that? Stop taking life so seriously you miserable POS

  • darkInside says:

i guess there’s no sense in ‘debating’ with someone who sounds like a broken record.. keep spouting the same thing over and over again.. ‘debating’ with them is like an exercise in futility.. and sense of futility and frustations are what anybody would gain if they start ‘debating’ with these floydhuggers/pachaters..

  • preston says:

What is funny to me is that this guy Phoocquiao ( what the hell does that mean anyway???……..f*ck Pacuiao????…lolol) wants to pretend ( something that he is very good at) like I am the ONLY person here that made light of Pacquiaos “singing” when more than half of the comments are likewise………………I think he is just mad that I slapped him around a few times on some other articles and made him look like a fool……..so much so that instead of manning up to his stupidity, he just wimpered by playing stupid, and made himself look even more like an ass. Sorry guy, I didnt know I had that type of affect on you, but it looks like I might have scared you for life…lolollo…….sorry.

  • preston says:

dude get a life……..dont get made at me because I dont suck up to Pac like you. The only one that is ranting and throwing a school girl hissy fit is you…………lololo. I have became your enemy because I dared to make fun of Pac. uhmmm….ok, if it makes you feel like a real man to “set me straight” cuz I hurt your little Pactard bleeding heart………….while then suck it up guy, and live with it, mr internet tough guy…lolololol

  • Phoocquiao says:

Important enough for you to come in here and rant like a little girl just because people respect the guy.

Telling it like it is my ass. Like nobody didn’t already know that he couldn’t sing well..

  • darkInside says:

just like any floydhugger/pachater.. state the f$cking obvious and they scampers away..

  • preston says:

lolol….this guy is trying to give me a lecture now because I said that Pac couldnt sing……….lolololoilol……..I am done with this guy.

  • preston says:

I should have known better than to have tried to engage you on anything………..lolol….bad mistake on my part….but now I know.

  • preston says:

phoocuiao- dude, please………spare me the drame……it aint that serious to me.

  • Phoocquiao says:

    Preston…I’m not your guy, buddy.

No one was ever hailing Pacquiao as the next pop star, but you still felt the need to give everyone some reality check and remind us that he’s not a good singer, even calling it “cultish”?

Did it ever occur to you that it’s not his angelic voice that makes him so likable? Yet you still want to come on here and hurl insults as if you are so much better than everyone else.

All anyone was saying is how much they admire about the guy, and really, are they wrong to?

Which is why I asked you what’s not to like about the guy. It’s one thing to say that the guy can’t sing. It’s another to call a group of people pathetic because they like him in spite of it. That’s what mainly exposes you as a hater.

And check the record friend. I’ve never addressed Manny’s KO history. It doesn’t even matter anyway. Given the context of FLoyds history, Pac’s history justifies nothing.

  • waltz says:

Pacquiao does take singing seriously. he even sang in his concert right after the Cotto fight. lol

regardless of what Manny do outside the ring, he is serious in boxing. what Roach likes about him is that he’s a disciplined boxer.

the singing/showbiz side of Pacquiao is actually the weird and funny part of his career though.

  • darkInside says:

preston.. of course his singing is not a joke to him.. but he ain’t heralding himself as the next singing sensation.. he sings because it’s a way for him to relieve stress.. he does basketball, he sings.. what the f$ck is wrong with that? why the hate? if you enjoy something, even you’re not that good at it, who’s stopping you to do it? oh yeah, the haters have something to say about it..

  • preston says:

and I do not know what world you are living in, but Pac takes his singing VERY seriously…………this is NOT a joke to him.

  • gard says:

Let the guy sing,if you don’t like it then turn it off,as I did.
But surely I’ll watch him fight!

  • Phoocquiao says:

@ BTW, Tyson was on Dancing with the stars and NO ONE RIPS ON HIM. That’s because he’s MIKE FRIGGIN TYSON.

  • Phoocquiao says:

    @ preston…

    Obviously you are a hater.

No one here was marveling over the guys angelic voice. Everyone including Pac knows that the isn’t gonna win any singing competitions. It’s the fact that the guy loves to sing, and he is fun-loving and care-free enough to get on national T.V and do what he loves to do.

Seriously, what’s your beef with the guy? You must hate it that the guy can’t seem to do any wrong, and even after the steroid allegations, he’s carrying on just fine as if it never happened. Only you and the FLoyd’s are still crying about PED’s. Even GBP have separated themselves from the Mayweathers. You should follow suit.

He’s not the best fighter, but he’s treated like it. He can’t really sing for squat, but people will listen to him sing regardless. He’s humble and is grounded, yet the people exalt him. You must hate all that huh?

You may not agree with the way he is perceived in the boxing world as this era’s greatest fighter, but I honestly can’t see why you would hate on the guy himself. It’s not like he’s a lying, egotistical, self-centered, trash talking, type of person.

  • bangus banger says:

    His singing was entetaining though!
And I got a chuckle out of it!

  • bangus banger says:

I can’t believe he sang again. Manny has some balls singing to millions of people and to sing like a small bar and grill karaoke singer. Once maybe, but second time, Aw C’mon!
Stay with your day job. And I’m sure he”s better to coach boxing.

  • guest says:

Some of you fellas need to relax. He is just having fun with it and doesn’t take himself too seriously. It’s not meant to be taken as serious singing.

How many of us participate in activities that we are not good at but do it because we just like doing it? I paid attention to the band backing him up and they didn’t seem to mind…actually they seemed really into it.

It was entertaining. If you thought it was so bad, why did you keep watching and waste your time? Undoubtedly, it was because you were entertained. I appreciate his humility and apparent love of life. Just another stark contrast from the Mayweather goons.

  • Free one says:

I tot Jimmy would ask manny about Krista???….

  • Free one says:

The most beautifull voice in boxing.., lol

  • graham says:

I don’t think PEDs were meant to be used as a recreational drug.

  • MoneyPack says:

    @Jimbo

“What has size got to do with blood tests”?

Pacquiao is saying Mayweather even though he has all the edge coming in to this fight (size) his only intention is to bend every rules to his advantage so he can avoid the fight.

  • Hector says:

HAHAHAHHAHAHA Pac singing. This is great. The 2 biggest stars in the sport, both in their prime in the same weight class. One is humble, nice, and having fun, the other is loud, proud, and serious. One is a defensive specialist, the other is an offensive specialist. Both have loyal fan bases. This is great!

  • MarathonMan1 says:

People who take Manny singing serious need to get a life. Either that, or get some Pinoy friends. They party like non other. Maybe not as hard as Mexicans. I have to give it to Manny, he has heart. Hes singing being goofy while everyone else is trying to make it seem like he thinks he’s Stevie Wonder. As far as him whooping ass he’s got a good challenge with Clottey. I’m in love with Boxing not one Boxer.

  • Riskyzone says:

We all know he’s not a good singer, but…not everyone has got the chance to do it on US TV, and he’s enjoying it! Lucky guy!

  • Boxingfan3 says:

Jaja is it just me or when manny laughs he sounds like a lil boy wit down syndrome that is laughin cuz everyone else is laughin lmao I love this kat but dnt sing plz

  • IOU says:

man, this is seriously messed up, lmfao

  • graham says:

    juan aussie,

Do you know where I can get the PEDs, perhaps you know someone?

  • Jimbo says:

What has size got to do with blood tests?

  • SamPaloc says:

I get what you are saying, Preston. I am a Pac fan too, but these members of “Pac Is God Movement” are giving being a Pacfan a bad name. These are the people who will vote for Pac if he runs for presidency. Why not? Afterall, he has about 70% KO percentage. ;-)

  • BrownGator says:

OMFG! LOL! I love Pacquiao the boxer, I’m a huge fan, but puhhhleeease, somebody should always make sure there is no microphone within his reach. LMAO.
I thought he is well-loved by the people around him, how come nobody tells him he is embarassing himself?

This is no different than American Idol showing bad auditions to make fun of people who can’t sing.

  • The Truth says:

SO WHO CARES EXCEPT THEN DRUGMAN NUT-HUGGERS, STOP TAKING STEROIDS AND AGREE TO A PROPER TEST, THEN YOU CAN TALK.

  • Free one says:

He’s no ready for tha fight…….,,, why change tha rules n reggulation…………. I’m open 2 fight anybody

  • Free one says:

He doesn’t look like that hes on roids… Tha guy act like a little kid

  • Dre00 says:

OMG people get a hold of yourself!! If Floyd grabbed a mic and started singing, everybody would of said, “WE WANT TO SEE BOXING FIGHTS, NOT MUSIC PERFORMANCE” and now Manny is like Jesus himself!! GEEZ!!! it`s ok to be a fan, but stay realistic and on earth!!!

  • onits says:

pacman is scared of fighting floyd. even in singing, floyd is better.

  • Manong Tagacebu says:

I suggest that Manny stay away from showbiz!!! Especially away from acting!!!

  • preston says:

tiger- you have no idea what you ar etalking about………I said that Manny was not a good singer……and that had NOTHING to do with my “like” or ‘dislike” of Manny. I also have commented that Pac’s accomplishments in the ring were admirable, and that he is ia very good and exciting boxer. I am soo sick of you Pac fans acting like Pac is above criticism, and as much of a fan of Pac that I am, guys like you who act like Pac cannot be touched is such a turn-off, that I will actually be rooting against him for the first time, when he fights Clottey……..but if he wins, then I will still give him credit for that.

  • Buck says:

Do you Pac fans really think this sound good? He sounds like a sick oppossum stuck in a drainage ditch.

You guys are on the dumber side of retarded. I guess that’s why they call all of you Pactards!

  • tiger1223usa says:

@ preston /salute the rank not the man .you dont like manny it shows.

  • preston says:

After reading the comments and the love-fest surrounding ANYTHING that Pac does regardless of how obviously bad or negative it may be……his “adoring” fans would probaly eat the corn out of his doodoo, and turn around and say that that it was finger lickin’ good………lolololo

  • Andre00 says:

OMG you people get a hold of urself, looks like your talking about Jesus!! after carrying the cross!! Relax people !!

  • graham says:

it looks like the PEDs are working overtime.

  • karen says:

Many boxing fans love Pacman, he is a nice dan humble man. We love him. Floyd is a big mouth guy and we never love this boring man. May Lord Jesus bless Pacman.

  • BBull says:

He is just amazing love all people and God.He got his power from God and when he fights Floyd he will destroy him thats a promise

  • Foreal says:

Pac is surely amazing. He is lovable too. I like him for many reasons, cool, at a distance, he looks easy going and he probably is decent and ……maybe…..honest too! But I also love Pretty boy for what he does in the squared ring, the hype he brings to sport and always measure up to what he says. Many like him, for different reasons and many hate him for all sorts of reasons. In the ring, many will hate him more because of what he does to their favourite boxres than for what he does in his free time. The two great men must meet….. and they will…period! Even then, I know there will always be something to say, and we will continue to chat on different forums…great!

  • Jimbo says:

‘jigs’ I can tell you that Floyd has fans in the UK.

  • Phoocquiao says:

In all fairness. It was pretty much all Filipinos

  • jigs says:

his just amazing……. thats why he has a lot of fans here in the u.s. not only in his native philippines but all over the world…. what about you floyd??????
