Pacquiao won’t take random blood test for reasons only he and his camp knows. It’s a shame that, when the opportunity to clear all speculations came, he chose to avoid it like a plague. Anyone with a legacy like that (7 titles in 7 weight classes) is a fool to shy away from that challenge. You’ve got to say “I’ve earned these 7 titles fair and square and I’m gonna prove that I’m clean.” Forget about getting weak. It’s all in your head.

Clottey does not have the moral authority or credibility to assess how Mayweather would perform against Pacquiao. Clottey needs to assess his own shamefully inactive, lazy, cowardly, and check-receiving appearance performance against Pacquiao.
