Are you all dumb as well as stupid, the only reason cotto has been sent to fight foreman is to try to get the light middlewieght title so BOB ARUM can set up Cotto vs Pacquaio II so the pac man can grab another weight division.

i was saying the same thing earlier…..cotto not too great against pressure fighters. now cotto is quite heavy handed so he may be able to bang quite well against an average pressure fighter and scare them off for a little while……but against margarito who is a great pressure fighter and can take a punch well he couldnt keep him off……the amount of clean shots cotto landed on margarito was unbeleivable, anybody else would have gone down…. margarito’s chin is just unbeleiveable…..i think even though cotto lost that fight i think he was at his peak for that fight.

i believe cotto does best with fighters that give him space. i pick him to win by late KO or UD. foreman was lucky to fight a weight-drained santos and didn’t have to do much in beating the guy. only pressure has beaten cotto and foreman doesn’t have that in him.

So true, i watched the fight, Santos didnt even look like he wanted to be there. He didnt seem to have any idea what to do. i think 154 will be a good weight for Cotto. The same way he outgrew lightwelter i think he was outgrowing welter aswell.

Yuri isnt a top fighter yet and will never be. Doesnt mean he beat daniel santos he’s any good. Remember santos had a 2 year break. Cotto will trash this inexperienced kid and end his career.
