Pacquiao: “I will abide by the NSAC requirements like in all of the fights in boxing history, including all of my fights”

Boxing’s pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao became more incensed at Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Sr. and executives of Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) for twisting facts and coming up with false statements that intended to cover up the mess that they created even as they put the blame on the Filipino and his team for the snag of talks to make the projected biggest fight in history from happening.
“I can’t believe these guys can lie without batting an eyelash and they would even make it appear that I am the culprit for the delay of the fight and saying that I don’t want it to happen,” said Pacquiao in Tagalog, as he released part of the information that he has been keeping—proof that Mayweather Jr. directly accused him of performance enhancement drugs (PED) use..
“Liars go to hell. They should be man enough and own up to their words,” said Pacquiao, as he recalled information that pointed out to Mayweather Jr. categorically stating that “the Philippines has the best (performance) enhancement drugs,” supporting what his father, Mayweather Sr. and his uncle Jeff Mayweather, have openly claimed in past interviews. They all claimed that Pacquiao was into some kind of “roids” (steroids) or has used other banned substances.

They all went on record and there is no denying as to who is lying or not,” added Pacquiao, who thinks he is becoming a victim of black propaganda with the intention of systematically besmirching, tarnishing and destroying his legacy as one of the best fighters of all time. In the audio recording, Mayweather linked him to drug use by maliciously stating that the Philippines is a producer of the best PEDs. “For including my country in the picture, claiming that we are producers of the best performance enhancing drugs, Mayweather and those who are guilty need to get punished, the sooner, the better, whether it be in the courts or in the ring.”
The now-famous Mayweather versus “RA, the Rugged Man” radio interview in October said it all about how Mayweather accused Pacquiao and the whole Filipino nation. Mayweather exploded at the 15:18 minute mark of the 21-minute interview. This transpired even before Pacquiao was to fight Miguel Cotto in November 2009.
Pacquiao reserved and kept other proof of defamatory statements made by other individuals, who will be charged later on in court. His legal team is readying materials in order to file a lawsuit soon. A lawsuit will be filed whether or not his fight with Mayweather will push through on March 13, 2010 in Las Vegas.
The Mayweather camp and Golden Boy Promotions, have required Pacquiao to undergo a new set of drug testing procedures other than those already required by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).
“I want to put this on the record again, that I will abide by the NSAC requirements like in all of the fights in boxing history, including all of my fights,” said Pacquiao, who vehemently denied claims that he was against drug testing.
“In all my years of fighting, I have never tested positive for any steroids or performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) use. I will provide any specimen, whether it be blood or urine samples, just right after the fight but not a day or two before, for obvious reasons. That should stop these clowns from asking for other drug testing procedures other than the ones already required by the NSAC.”
On Monday, Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions issued a joint statement in order to set the record straight. “They claimed that I threatened to walk away from the largest fight in history. That’s their first lie! Last week, I told Floyd Jr. to shut his big, pretty mouth and that we should fight so that the world will get to see who is the best fighter in the planet,” said Pacquiao.
The Mayweather-GBP release also stated: “Let it be very clear that nobody from Team Mayweather or Golden Boy Promotions is accusing Pacquiao of anything. But the reality seems to be that for whatever reason Pacquiao does not want to participate in random blood testing, which has already been deemed a harmless procedure that many current athletes are subjected to prior to and during competition.”
“Again, all we need to see are the other recorded transcripts of what they said in websites and blogs. It is a pity that Oscar “Golden Boy” Dela Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions should have been supporting me, too, because his company has a promotional stake in my career. They all say they got my back, but yes, they stab me, too, when I turn my back,” said Pacquiao.

Well as far us pachuggers not knowing anything about boxing I believe you are wrong…just read the posts that I have submitted earlier on this site….now to let you know who the real coward is and the preplanned escape route i will give you a fact that is indisputable. Pacquiao did an interview 5 years ago after the first morales fight where he stated that the drug test he took two days before the fight made him feel weak and sore….he was unable to rehydrate himself because of making the weight. Now that was five years ago and now i believe mayweather saw the interview and is now demanding that pacman do exactly what he said he would never do again…if you don’t believe me….it’s easy to find on youtube…just check it out for yourself it’s subtittled for anyone who can’t speak the language

Milkdud, look at the NFL and MLB search results for Urine testing. It was so good, that they found the players who were cheating, no matter what the designer drug was, they got caught. I know here goes the argument, that EPO and HGH cant be detected without blood being given, but in and of itself, 3 bloodtest will reveal the use of EPO, how do you say? Because the human body produces red blood cells that can only carry so much iron and oxygen. If the specific gravity of the blood is heavier before or after any of the tests, or is heavier than normal, it is a sure sign of EPO, which is synthetic hemoglobin, or the protein that carries oxygen through the blood. More O2=more energy reserves. The problem is, it causes most people higher blood pressure, as well as thicker blood, and other things. To counteract that they then have to dilute the blood with other agents, masking agents, otherwise their blood become too thick. The other way to mask is to block the kidney function from filtering out the said masking agents as well as filtering out the EPO…it then in turn ends up as a poison to the person taking said EPO, I posted before, you cant mask a masking agent. The HGH is such a crock of crap, any experienced user of PED’s will readily say when they have taken HGH, is was for months and months, along with anabolic, water based steroids, so that it ends up a stack. HGH in and of itself will effect a person the same way that a growing teen gets affected, they become tired, put on mass and ache all over, so now you have a “stacked” problem, you need the anabolic steroids to counteract the affect of the HGH, and give the same result, but faster as a growing teen. The professional athletes that have gotten busted lately got busted, because the designer drugs that they are taking all leave chemical traces in the urine. The big bang is the NFL requires an immediate test response, you are called, you have just a couple of hours to comply, or you are busted. The same with MLB, according to the NASC they have adopted the same procedures, its the frequency that messes everything up. They don’t require a immediate window of response, thereby allowing things to slip. Believe you me, the NASC has already started with these 2 fighters. an immediate response to the NASC request for urinalysis. That my dear sir is the shot heard around the world. What can’t be caught however is the cream and the clear, a water based fast acting anabolic steroid, unless the drug test is administered within a 24 hour window, otherwise it can be used, for days at a time without being detected, unless it has been used continuously for quite a while, the effects on the human body are increased mass. So yes urinalysis is the least evasive and so thorough now that Andy Petite, Roger Clemmons, A-Roid, Manny Ramirez, etc, etc, etc have been caught with the new technology. Are you telling me that a guy who couldn’t even afford his own apartment, Freddie Roach, put him up in a Best Western Inn, and paid for his food for 3 years here in the USA, could afford all of that? His work rate has gone down from 90-115 punches against Barerra to 65-80 the last couple of opponents (Diaz, JMM, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto). Doesn’t give the indication of EPO use, how about the cream and clear, wait, he dropped 10 lbs to fight Hatton, and still, it was his accuracy that won the day, and the fact that Hatton “didnt move his damn head”. I know that people may or may not agree with me, but the urinalysis is more than enough if they are searching for specific things. You can get tons of pee, not tons of blood. If Pacquiao come up dirty, it will probably be a pee test that gets him, not the blood test. On the flip side, what if Mayweather comes up dirty? I dont suspect at all that any of the pro fighters today aren’t somehow taking some form of supplement that some would consider “cheating” for example QVAR, an asthma inhaler, completely legal, but a steroid, or any other inhaled steroid, 100% legal, but is it cheating? Lets not jump to conclusions until all of the facts have been revealed. Sorry for the long post.

people it is not about law suits or who is the biggest bit.. Simply put, Floyd and his camp has made all the accusations for a reason. They know they have their hands full. First is what Floyd saying he wouldn’t fight anyone with 4 or 5 losses on their record. Floyd doesn’t need Manny, Manny needs Floyd. I mean come on. It is obvious that Floyd fears something in Manny. I don’t think its a matter of fair for these guys anymore, its turned into a big F-U contest. This is why I think both Arum and GBP are at fault. It seems that they don’t care about the fans at this point, all they care about is who has the bigger PeePee. In my very humble opinion, one bloodtest per week random, and unlimited pee tests are the only way to go. The way things are going, that’s probably what will end up happening. This is the reason why the NSAC demanded that the pee test happen now. They want to salvage the funds that this fight will make for them. If either fighter ends up dirty, then they will impose further testing, I would, if they both come up clean, then 2-3 random blood tests and unlimited pee tests will probably be in the works. These 2 are the people currently drawing international fans, as well as the most lucrative guests. They don’t want to look like the professional wrestling world. This is just my observation.
How about if both Pac and PBF subject themselves in random blood test anytime from when (if) they agree to fight up to the night of the fight itself, wouldn’t that be fair enough?
James I will say it like everyone else who has read your posts and responds, you must not really pay attention to what you write at all. First you called all of Manny’s opponents washed up, then don’t realize that those same opponents were noble warriors, or are currently noble warriors. You will see that any and all of my posts at least give you something to think about. Please do the world a favor, please don’t discredit the other fighters because of your obvious dislike for Manny Pacquiao. What happened, did a short Filipino kick your tail when you were young? Or did one steal your girl? Either way, the other fighters deserve more respect than what you are giving them, except maybe for De Lahoya, he’s just like Bob Arum… a bum.

When I said that Mayweather hasn’t fought anyone of any caliber it wasn’t a lie. Pacman fought a really tough fight against JMM, at a much lower weight than Mayweather did…how many pounds did JMM have to put on just meet mayweather at his normal weight? Also you said that ODLH was old and washed up when pacman fought him…not so… he was washed up long before then…i would say before even mayweather fought him…now think about the fight… mayweather barely won a fight against a washed up Oscar.. and he was playing his own game then.. as far as the drug allogations against manny…where exactly is your proof.. you have none and never will…the other fighters on your list that mayweather has fought is easy to sum up…look at each individual fight and see how much weight was gained or lost by any of the opponents for those fights.. i bet that mayweather never had to lose or gain 1 pound to fight them…take a long look at mayweathers career. he has spent a lifetime of doing nothing but talking crap to everyone…all of the things that he is saying now are just mind games before the fight.. Maybe you did not see Manny’s siblings and estranged father.
Maybe you missed seeing Manny’s younger brother Bobby tip the scales at 130 pounds while Manny was fighting at 126 pounds.
Maybe you did not bother ask what the weight of Manny’s brother Rogel was on times he was in Las Vegas to watch his superstar brother annihilate all marquee boxers Golden Boy threw against him inside the ring.
Or maybe you just conveniently found the door for Floyd Mayweather Jr’s graceful exit so he could keep his clean record intact.
There is a formula to end the impasse you yourself created.
If you were willing to shell out $10 million for every pound or a fraction thereof in fines if Floyd comes in over the weight limit, you could have as well demanded that Manny forfeit his guaranteed purse if he comes out ‘dirty’ and on the ‘roids.
And Manny could also demand that the winner takes all of the guaranteed purses if he is clean and wins against Floyd.
Don’t worry. Floyd will not come out empty handed. He will have his share in the live gate proceeds, the close circuit TV, and fight merchandise and upside of the PPV. Manny could even underwrite the taxes that the IRS will withhold from Floyd.

You have not demanded this against any boxer Floyd Jr and rest of Golden Boy’s wards have fought.
Why demand it now when the fight is all but sealed and delivered?
Manny could afford to walk away from the fight on principle and not out of fear.

Whos Manny fought? old and washed up de la hoya? Hatton who Mayweather knocked out years before? Cotto who doesnt box and has never heard of defense? Or are you talking about Morales who beat him? Everyone keeps talking about how Manny must be scared to fight Mayweather. I do see your point on the drug testing. But on the flip side you also have to agree that for Mayweather to suddenly say that he wants random drug testing is a joke. Look at the statements he made and ask yourself “who is really scared in this fight?”. Then look at the fights that Mayweather has won. Not one fight with a real opponent. Well as i understand it pac will do what is required and what other pro’s have had to do before him by allowing the regulating body be responsible for the blood/urine tests.
