By Erik Schmidt: At today’s weigh-in between World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko (38-2, 37 KO’s) and unbeaten American challenger Kevin Johnson (22-0-1, 9 KO’s) in Berne, Switzerland, the 38-year-old Vitali took off Johnson’s sunglasses while they were standing face to face with each other.
Vitali seemed amused and annoyed that Johnson chose to wear sunglasses during the entire weigh-in between the two fighters, including during the traditional stare down. Normally, both fighters use that moment to lock eyes and it’s not normal for fighters to wear sunglasses during that part of the pre-fight event. Sunglasses are sometimes worn by fighters who intimidated by the other fighter.

As already commented before the fight Johnson has a good jab and thats the only hand he used his entire fight, I didn’t expected that Vitali will KO him since Johnson has some good defence.
Vitali looked cool as a cucumber whereas Johnson looked nervous. What puzzles me is why Johnson has come in at a weight so close to Vitali’s, look at the height difference, the only weight has gone on his belly, speed is johnsons only key and he wil lose a lot of that. He will not dent Vitalis chin and definatley wont match him in power.
Hahahahahaha – what a great sport boxing is! What other sport would an opponent try to pull the others shorts off?!
Boxing is number one sport for many reasons.
Vitali will not run for the whole 12 rds and throw hardly any punches like someone else we know.
Vitali uses skills to break down and.oir stop his opponents. Each opponent that Vitali fights always talk about how they are going to beat him. That all changes once the bell rings.
johnson is a well built guy for boxing its a real shame he is so weak and not highly skilled hopefully he can stay in in with big V for at leat a few rounds but Vitali is so good doubt he will make the final bell
would be better if johnson fought wlad and vitali fought eddie chambers
Johnson doesn’t want to show the fear in his eyes, hence the sunglasses. At the weight Johnson is he is morbidly obese.
I love watching build ups to vitali’s fights he always tries to make a mockery out of his opponents love it
Recently watched two Johnson’s fights and he is boring as hell, but I must say he has a good jab
Another appsolute apawling fight in the making, I Would bet my life on klitscho winning this fight. David Haye may get the criticsm but he is the only man to test the brothers in the heavyweight devision, Without doubt. JAB JAB JAB JAB JAB JAB THE NIGHT HOME VITALI………..
