If Cotto beat Foreman, and doing so convincingly, it would, I think, propel him back to be first in line to fight the Pacman in a rematch at 154, indeed, a most compelling fight.

Bert Sugar and others have likened the first three to four rounds of pac v cotto 1 as hagler/hearn like, it was warlike and competitive early on, with hard hitting action and boxing skills from both side, rope a dopin to two knock downs…even the protracted ending saw the atg in Manny stalking a Cotto that, despite back pedaling, won the hearts of new fans with his fortitude and bravery.

Cotto should have the right, if he so wishes, if he beat foreman to call out pacman to fight at 154 and pacman would have every reason in the book to go after cotto at 154, for another weight division test…the money would be huge, cotto looking to redeem himself, at a more natural weight for him, perhaps even stronger and certainly more gas in the tank at that weight configuration and with a new trainer to boot in steward.

Cotto is a warrior, he worked hard, he is above all a gentleman and a man’s man who took on the biggest names in his division…the same can be said of Manny, and as Manny gave Cotto his biggest paycheck in fighting him, I am sure Manny and Cotto would be even more than agreeable to help each other to get probably their biggest paycheck in a pac v cotto II at light middleweight…win or loose, to tangle up with the pacman in a dual or trilogy can only add one to the lore of the great fighters of our generation…

We must wait for Cotto and Steward to deliver on his upcoming fight with foreman, however.

I love to see a re-macht between Cotto and Pacman but in 147
we all know what happen to a figther loosing pound, so Mr.
Arum, come we that macht soon, and we will see who is the
best champ, why Pacman wanted to fight Yuri Foreman now into
the 154 pound. A re-macht would let you get more money,that
Yuri= Pac. And how about two champ figthing into a remacht,
because Yuri is not a figther for Cotto we all know. Or
bring us Mayweather and let see.

Paquiao said”its my job to fight in the ring” and whoever Bob Arum wants him to fight, he will fight,thats a clear message that he is not afraid of any fighter,Mayweather included. The idea of a Pacman vs Foreman in the making is but normal. . mainly becuase of the BELT of Yuri Foreman.

Pacquiao is a good fighter but his coach (roach) is the reason that pac is on top. Roach is smart, Pac didnt want to fight cotto at 147 but now he want to go up to at least 150 and fight? Hahahaha well we know the reason, The reason is Yuri foreman. They think this is an easy win and another title, well who knows, maybe. But why he didnt fought cotto at 147? why he does not fight the winner of berto vs mosley? or why he does not fight another 154 champion? why yuri foreman? This tell you that pac and roach like it the easy way and fighters keep fallin for it. If fighters stop this catch weight pac either have to go down or go up to a real weight and then we will see how good he really is at 147 and up.

When I saw Foreman fought in the under card of Cotto-Pacquiao fight, I know he would be a possible opponent of Manny but Manny categorically stated that the welterweight would be his last stop. So maybe, the Mayweather fight will take place afterall but the latest turn of events revives what I had suspected all along…so why did Floyd turned down a March fight with Pacquiao if he feels he can take out Pacquiao? Why did he want a May fight when he knew Manny will be running for congress…It is so simple…he knew Manny will not be at his best if he agrees to a May fight!

Fight fans deserve a Pacquiao vs Floyd, period!!!

If this does not happen next year, I’d rather watch UFC like most boxing fans. And that has been the trend lately. Boxing has been becoming boring to be honest. Simply because of promoters who cares about nothing else but $$$$$MONEY$$$$$.

This would be better of fight for pacman because his going against who I think is the best in light middle and if he won it be close pacman would have to win by ko. Forman moves and punches really fast not as fast as pacman but enough to win if he comes in an out and let’s pacman chase him.Forman I think would win though honestly that’s the biggest fight he’d ever fight and pacman would have to way in at 154 idk if he could be that fast with 10 more pounds of muscle. Idc though it’s tough to say who’d win tell u actually see him fight in light middle. It be pretty crazy though and if he beat Forman he’d be the greatest boxer sense suger Ray Robinson and the greater fighter alive. So mayweather would have to fight anyway to prove he’s the greatest. There’s to many options out there for pacman and I no his not all bout money he’s about the fight and that’s wut he loves doing fighting.
