The same goes for you MiLliON$$$FIGHTER !

But a light-welterweight tournament would defininitely be great to see, but with six fighters instead of four! The additional two being Timothy Bradley and Paulie Mallinagi.
Hopefully the succes achieved by Showtime’s super middleweight tournament will spark interest by them and HBO in replicating this type of tournament in alot more (if not all other weight divisions).

Fun would be to see a Welter tourny with Mosley, Mayweather, Cotto, Pacquiao, Williams, Berto, Cintron and if Timothy Bradley comes up 7lbs. Or we could have Margarito to see him get KO every other fight now we all know he likes loading his gloves.

the reason khan is ranked higher than prescott is cos hes beaten better fighters.
Limond, Gomez and Earl would all rank alongside someone like toledo and velasquez, and khan has performed MUCH better than prescott at this lower level.

Prescott has only beaten khan, and has since lost to a fighter nowhwere near khans league!

I don’t see why Khan is pulled up over the other fighters. VO disgracefully quit in his last bout because he did not want to ruin his pretty face. Why should he get the nod to enter the competition?

I dislike Khan, I can not stand the guy but he is WBA champ and if you want to stage this competition with credibility then having the belt holders there is a no-brainer.

Again, I would like to see you attempt to put your limited boxing knowledge to better use by championing your own fighters rather than constantly bad-mouthing other nation’s fighters.

And people wonder why US boxing is dying.

the reason the boxers should want to fight in a tournament should be nothing to do with money, they should want to prove they are the best light welter in the world to do this you must have the best light welters in the tournament such as hatton, marquez, bradley, alexander, khan, witter, Malignaggi, nate campbell, diaz, Maidana and their are many more but theirs no point if the main fighters arent in their hatton, bradley, marquez just a waist of time without those fighters

HBO is just trying to compete with the Super Six, but they want to do it without putting on a comparable show. Frankly, I think the point that the big names (excepting Hatton) could make more money outside a tournament than inside it is bogus. The main draw for the guys in the Super Six is being paid cable-TV rates for a guaranteed three fights, plus the exposure.
