hey hasnt got a very weak chin…hes been caught off balance a couple times never properly hurt…and in the thompson fight he was exausted not hurt. Realistically haye is the harder puncher of the two. he is also the faster…so if im not wrong speed will usually kill power, but someone who has speed and power and is fighting a well positioned wall…seems easy to call for me, as even walls can be knocked down my friend

I can’t agree, it’s not obvious that Haye will destroy Valuev….much will depend on how well Haye can take Valuev’s punches.
I also agree with the article which points out that Valuev is a much harder puncher than many realise…..just look how Valuev destroyed Owen Beck.
There is no question that Haye will land many more punches but it may well be that Valuev will only need to land a couple of decent shots per round to do enough damage to Haye to eventually gain a KO or TKO victory for Valuev.
That is not to say that Haye won’t do a “hit and run” job like Tommy Morrison did against Foreman to pick up an unpopular points win.

Time will tell, but my money is on a ?Valuev victory.

But that isn’t really true…..Remember Haye has only had 20 odd fights and that’s only a few fights more than a novice fighter.

Haye has fought Thompson and Mormeck but in both those fights Haye struggled.
True, Haye did look good against Maccarinelli but
Maccarinelli 2 KO losses after his Haye encounter suggest that Maccarinelli really wasn’t the stiff test that many previously believed.
Haye has not fought any heavyweight of any significance yet.
Valuev has fought a number of tough nuts in Sergey Lyakhovich, Mcline, Ruiz and Chagaev…..all of whom would prove stiff test for Haye.

We know Haye is much faster and much more skillful but Valuev is no fool, he wouldn’t have volutarily given Haye a shot at the title unless he was fully confident that he could exploit Haye’s chin.
Come fight night I expect to see Valuev winning by stoppage.

if david haye wins in style id love to see these biased writers acknowledge it but i guarantee they wont ever admitt they are wrong i.e. scott gilford and chris williams. i dont believe someone can write article like this being so one sided when its obvious to everyone that haye will destroy valuev its unrealistic and biased and shows how little you know chris

lol people who know nothing about boxing…..im not a haye fan but comon guys hes been in with the best valuev hasnt, haye will be able to get in and hit valuev with 10 punches before valuev has even managed to throw his jab

David Haye is no push over, i think he will come out and worry valuev, but i dont think he has the stanima to pull it off, even if he does, its in germany, and we all know holyfield was robbed
