hatton is an amazing fighter, he cud take a brick to the face, but now im worried about his punch resistance, i think hes just past it, he should of fought the big guys abit earlier in his career and i think he would have beaten a few of the top names in the sport.
but now i think its too late, he was a tremendous boxer, no matter what anyone says, he was class in his own way, just because his style didnt suite most, he boxed the way he was best at. would love to see him fight again but the sensible thing is to keep his dignity because he may get embarresed as i believe it would be one fight to many

As a brit I’d love to see Hatton fight again and in England but the loss to Pacquiao must surely have taken so much out of him that i feel any respectable opponent they could match hatton with could well be too much of a risk and if they match him with a donkey it’ll hardly be a great way to go out/build. I feel he should just bow out and accept that he’s had a good career and a great following.

Lazcano had him out on his feet as well. Marquez could seriously damage him with his pinpoint counters when Hatton rushes in. Bad style match-up for Hatton. A fight with Khan is definitely winnable for Hatton.

Hatton should try and get Adam Booth to train him. The Hayemaker camp seem like total professionals, they leave nothing to chance and really put in the preparation. Adam Booth seems like an intelligent trainer as well.

The fight shud happen both are very popular exciting fighters who need to show that they av still got it makes 4 an intrsting fight, I don’t think hattons shot i just think hes not at th level of Pac or mayweather hes ah good champ but no p4p whereas marquez needs to prove hes still at th top of th sport I think he shud get bak doon to lightweight were he looked effective because he looked terrible at welter. Marquez wins by UD 4 me with both fighters going doon at sum point.

i hope this fight happens i like both fighters but hatton will win this one no doubt about it he will start very strong marquez will win the later rounds but lose to a sd.Definately a exciting fight for boxing fans.

I think people are far too quick to write off Hatton, he’s only been defeated twice and by the 2 best in the world! he’s always gone up and down in weight so theres no point rambling on about that. What im more interested in which nobody has spoke about yet is WHO WOULD HATTON GET TO TRAIN HIM?

the thing about this fight is they are both favourites of mine and i’d want them both to go out on a win (i’d pick ricky because he’s english). i’d like ricky to fight witter and marquez to fight khan. this way they should both get the finish they deserve.
