floyd will beat pacman its the same story all over again,every road leads to mayweather, then you get beat, pacman will swing and miss all fight then about 11th 12th round when he tires mayweather will finish the job, dont get me wrong pacman is a great fighter but floyd is on another level, you cant beat what you cant hit.

Um, from the 1st round is a bit of an overstatement. I actually think Cotto was doing quite well until the end of the 3rd. He even landed some good shots in the 4th and was winning the round until the end when he got reckless and got knocked down again. Sad, although I do agree with MW Sr. in that he hasn’t been the same fighter since Margarito.

Sorry guys,Pacman vs Floyd will never happen because Floyd will ask everything,he will not accept Pacman’s term.besides it will be boring fight because Floyd will run,run,run.it will be better for Pacman to fight Yuri Foreman for his 8th titles or defend his 140lbs.belt against JMM on march or april to finish their business.On May 2010 Manny will become CONG.MANNY PACMAN PACQUIAO.

I agree 100% with you gerry…having a perfect record do not define greatness…it’s the fights that you fought that will make you great – win or lose…it is Mayweather’s fault why a lot of people can never like him…his style and his choice of opponents.

Have you seen the face of Miguel Cotto , not the battered flesh but the look of confusion and pain.
To Mayweather fight is about winning, but Pacman brings destruction.

Totally agree with Mayweather Sr, Floyd would kill Pacquiao. Freddie Roach picks opponents very cleverly for Manny. I really like Manny but Diaz was crap, Oscar was weight drained and past it, Hatton was never that good and very overrated and Cotto was damaged goods. Roach knew this, he’s said as much in various interviews. Floyd is in a different league to these guys and as Manny is pretty one dimensional Floyd would batter him.

Manny is a Welterweight Champion now, he has the WBO title now. So a fight between Clottey vs. Pacman would be great for the WBO title in March.

Pacman vs. Clottey at 147, everyone call’in each other out, whats up with that fight. Manny is open and Clottey is not fighting Carlos Qu. again so why not a Clottey vs. Pacman MegaPower match-up fight in March, Mr.Bob Arum Make this happen 2010.

The Mayweathers need to quit mouthing off on Manny and make the fight happen. Pacquiao has a more impressive fight record than Mayweather. Mayweathers keep coming up with excuses why Cotto lost to Pacquiao. Cotto started training earlier than Pacquiao and Manny had more distractions to deal with outside of boxing. The man who fought both Manny & Floyd (Jose Luis Castillo) said Manny is a better boxer than Floyd.

Pacquiao can never beat cotto or mayweather at 147 never, period. Roach and pacquiao like it the easy way and cotto was so stupid to take the fight at 145. at 147 cotto murder pacquiao. Did you guys saw the first round how cotto land on pacquiao and make him miss and dominated him the whole round, Well thats the real cotto but at 147, at 145 he didnt hurt pac so that give confidence to pac to go after cotto. at 147 those punches will hurt pac even the jab will hurt him and would have give the fight a 360 turn around. Mayweather wont make that mistake and if pac go to 147 then you will see him crying for help and if he never go 147 then what that tell you? He is great, But if he is really great enough to beat a welterweight fighter than why not go to 147 and do it.
