Bute sensational over four rounds!
By Sam Gregory: In the Saturday November 28th edition of HBO’s Boxing After Dark from the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec City, the heavily favored and undefeated Lucian Bute successfully defended his IBF super middleweight title against Librado Andrade over four sensational rounds.
The Romanian born southpaw who now makes his home in Montreal was a crowd pleasing favorite to the 16,500 fans in attendance. From the opening bell Bute was fast, slick and hard to hit for the challenger Librado Andrade.
In the fourth round Bute caught Andrade with a punch to the head that dropped him cleanly. Andrade was able to beat the count but it didn’t take long before Bute landed a paralyzing body shot that ended the fight in 2:57 of the fourth round of a scheduled 12 round fight.
The 6’2” Bute successfully defended his IBF super middleweight title for the fifth time since winning the belt in June of 07’ in front of a very receptive hometown crowd in Montreal.
Lucian Bute improved his unbeaten record to 25-0 with 20 KO’s.
The Mexican born Librado Andrade fell to 28-3 suffering his first loss by way of knockout.

bute fights bums and prices himself out whenever anyone decent wants to fight him…he looks good against crap fighters,,,enough said
This was the first time that Bute has really impressed me. He looked in total control from the off the body shot to finish it was superb. The only thing that bites a little is his record the 0 should have gone in their first fight. However the rematch has put an end to all of that Andrade has his chance to right the wrong and failed. However Bute bieng the best SMW I think not.
Bute is the best supermiddleweight!
