I personally think that the Pacquiao Vs Mayweather fight is goin to be interesting cuz both of them are fast and strong.I think Pacquiao is stronger but Mayweather is more alert and agile.It’s goin to be Pacquiao’s last fight since he is now a congressman.OH!and I would like to correct the other comments, Pacquiao lost 2 times to an unknown fighter due to lack of experience and strength cuz that happened when he is still young and when he has a different coach.But after his loss to Morales, Roach made sure that Pacquiao improves and he did improved tremendously and dominated ALOT of fighters.After he defeated morales is when I believed that Pacquiao is STRONG and LEGENDARY.And is now the #1 pound for pound fghter which is proof that he is strong enough to be on par with Mayweather.I think there is a chance for pacquiao to beat Mayweather and for Mayweather to taste his first defeat.So litterally, Mayweather is scared and is trying to weaken Pacquiao before the fight.( I Think it’s because he don’t want to lose his perfect victory )(No offence to the fans)

I read a lot of comments here saying pacman will be mandled by cotto.. Now its been done and over with and we know cotto was taken to a local trauma unit after the fight while the pacman went to his so~so concert (he sings like a drunkard believe me, but i guess people went there not to listen to his songs, right?).. I must agree that mayweather is a great fighter but hes know to dodge fighters that can pose a serious threat againts him… Now the ball is on FM side… i just hope hes camp wont ask for the stars just to make sure the fight wont materialize…

manny fights anyone even if those guys who are naturally heavier than him, can you expect the same with floyd??? yes, but the opposite like what nuthouse fan mentioned he fought marquez who is at such a disadvantage in weight but still could not finish the guy. also, compare how dela hoya was scientifically decimated by manny to floyd (ok they will say oscar is old) but how about hattoon’s 1st round demolition to that of floyd. as manny always mention in his post fight interview (he always fight for his country and boxing fans 1st and of course no need to mention money comes 2nd) but again this is exactly the opposite of floyd money comes first then fans 2nd.

I certainly don’t think Floyd is scared of the Pacman, far from it. But if I was Pacman, I’d stay away from fighting Floyd. Lets look at the facts, Manny has fought Marquez twice, once a draw and the other a split decision to Manny, which I and most others giving the fight to Marquez. Then look at what Floyd did to Marquez!!! He demolished him, I cant see any reason for Floyd being scared of Manny.

I am afraid the writers and you guys know little about boxing. MANNY IS OVERRATED..simply pu a media creation.

I predict he will get beat by Cotto and would get demolished by Mayweather. it’s a joke when you ask the stupid question “Is Mayweather afraid of Manny? ” Any true fan of boxing now that’s ridiculous. What makes Manny special that someone would be afraid to fight him? Finally, he’s going to face a quality welterweight instead of those has beens that allowed the media to pump him up.

i would like for one of you guys to name one welterweight who’s so fearsome that Mayweather has ducked him..give me a break.

idiotic article. pacman should focus on cotto. The guy guy who defeated cotto is margarito- a naturally hard hitter tall boxer plus added hard plastered hands.

Pac was defeated 3x, two by knockouts by unknown boxers. LOL. Additonally, marquez (whom mayweather recently toyed him around) punished pac with bloody eye cuts, nose,lips and nearly broken teeth for 24 rounds.

Just imagine if Cotto – a certified hard hitter can do damage to Pac when cotto emulates marquez with too much power added.

Pac is not posturing. He was asked a question and gave the answer that everyone else already knew anyway. Pac has to agree to a 55/45 split? B.S mayweather has to agree with that. Everyone knows he won’t settle for anything less than 60/40.

As for why mayweather dodges people. He’s smart. He’d be the first to tell you that NO fighter is un-beatable, that includes himself.
