I totally agree with this article. Even though Barrera has the best in this trilogy I still give the edge to Erik because of the wins against pac and JR.

Barrera all the way. and people seem to forget pacman beat only fought these guys after theyd had two brutal fights against one another somehow i dont think pac woulda hung with them if he was on the rise at the time he timed it perfectly. but anyhow barrera anyday and yes he did beat marquez that fight was a farce with the scoring

in my opinion, these 2 guys could be on the 15 best fighters of all time ,without any doubt, plus the 3 fights between these two are in my opinion on the top 3 best fights ever, it was that good and impressive, paquiao tested the last breath of one of them ” EL TERRIBLE’, after all the wars they both sustain well is simple to think that at 30 ERICK couldnt no more, he said it when he fought Diaz, 0n 07, and im my opinion he actually won that fight, he said after , my body hurts, every punch coz me pain, this is it for me, but he is well rested 2 years and he came back on training weeks ago, i hope to see it one more run one more time, he is the most exciting, smart well talent it fighter ever seen for me. if you ask me if paquiao have fought these 2 guys back on 2000 both would destroyed pac, i hope people remember these 2 warriors, who never ever duck any fighter, and even at the end of their carrers never back up on any match, those are the real stars , no the others who just talk, and talk ,but nothing more. Morales. He beat Pacquiao. Then he had difficulty making weight in the second but he didn’t make that excuse. In the third fight, Erik was obviously shot. Pacquiao can’t beat either one of these two in their prime. Pac was lucky these two were still big names but on the decline when he came. Otherwise, Pac will stay fourth fiddle in the Morales-Barrera-Marquez-Pacquiao circle.
