I hope you feel like a real idiot, Cotto never stood a chance, Manny is not only the most improved fighter in boxing but one of the best who ever lived. He is ambidextrous because of his training, and both hands were both faster than Miguels Cottos strong arm. That being said, Cotto is a warrior, which is real ironic since he said that he had asked the ref to stop the fight. I guess, because he saw what was an impossible challenge infront of him, Manny was a million times faster than Cotto, and is also way faster than Mosley, Im sorry I did not see this lame article before the fight but let me just say, stick to your day job. Although it is just your opinion, and i shouldnt be criticizing you on it, you obviously are speaking from some kind of bias, this was a brutal murder, and if you watch the end of the fight, the tale was not in the tape, it was in the face. (Well i guess it was in the tape as well) lmao

When Cotto fought Margarito he saw all of Margaritos punches coming because Margarito is not a fast puncher. Margarito is steady “breakdown your opponent” style fighter. Manny Pacquiao is fast, powerful and can hit at different angles. Cotto won’t see the punch that will knock him out just like Ricky Hatton. It’s the punches that you don’t see that knocks you out.

Cotto has problems with the punches he doesn’t see coming. Like in his fights where he was severly wobbled by Demarcus Corley and Zab Judah.
Cotto won the fight with Corely because it was fixed. In the fight with Judah, Cotto survived by Lowblowiing. I don’t see Cotto winning unless he goes to lowblows.

When Pacquiao connects fast and flush on Cotto’s chin, Cotto will do the funky chicken dance…. and I know we all want to see the funky chicken dance.

Cotto’s power did not hurt Clottey cause Clottey has a wicked defense and very strong upperbody BUT Cotto did knock him down with a JAB that landed flush on Clotteys chin. So IMO it was Clotteys defense that prevented the hard shots to land cleanly.
