why floyd still undefeated?? its easy to answer… HE HASNT FIGHT ANY TOP RANK FIGHTER ON THE WELTER DIVISION. he retires when he knows that his next fights would be hard as hell (vs cotto, vs margarito, vs mosley). floyd has a nice movement in the ring, but he hasnt fought anyone that pressures him and give him some nice shot to the body like the fighters i said… if mayweather prevail he need to prove us wrong by winning those fights… and not running from them

Please reread my article. I said today he is fighting bums. I also said Super Roy is my all time favourite which means I feel he is the best I have seen. Speed, power and skill, he had them all. He beat futre HOF Toney and Hopkins like a man vs a boy. He schooled Ruiz too but I wanted him to go all over the world a share his skills with the world.
When he cme back down and egded Tarver I knew he was too weak and drained. Now that was drained! But his ego which made him great, made him try to do it again. Can you believe Johnson could have landed a glove on Super Roy and if he did, it would have bounced off.
I repeat…today he is fighting bums. If he wants to keep fighting, do so at over 175. He looked pathetic at 170 vs T-dad. He needs strength as he no longer has blinding speed. Super Roy, please fight at 190 or up and reinvent yourself. You are my greatest fighter after Robinson.

- how did roy jones fight bums?!… virgil hill… mike mcallum… toney.. hopkins.
- I guess Roy never truely tested himself when he won the heavyweight title from middleweight for the first time in a 100 years.
- Antonio Tarver is , Roy had to come down a good 50lbs in a matter of weeks to fight him. From heavyweight, thats lean muscle. So not only did he did himself but going up to the weight damaged his speed.

Also, where have you been the past ten years, Mayweathers taken on some great opposition. Unbeaten corrales and baldomir!! someone people thought would go twelve solid rounds throwing everything he had. Like an argentian margarito…. instead he got absoluted pounded.

Why is everyone so quick to criticise?! Mayweathers trying to get the best deals for himself. If he fights marquez who is a lightweight… who cares, not only would it be a tune up fight for pacquiao… but mayweather started at superfeatherweight. Yet nobody minds that pacquiao wont fight paul williams because he’s too big!!!

Floyd did the same rant in another ESPN interview not with Brian Kenny. He said he is No 1 and the top cash cow and that he don’t Pacman, it is he who needs Floyd. To that I say, wake up and buy some tickets to your fight with Marquez or else it will be a flop. I guess even you won’t buy a ticket to see yourself do Dancing With The Stars in a boxing ring.
Get real! I am not saying you will lose to Cotto, Mosley, Williams & Pacman. You seem to get upset when people go against you so we will bite our tongues. We will just politely ask you to get off your ass and fight a live person. I mean, fight someone who the fans feel have a chance to win not someone like Gatti, Balomir, Sharma Mitchell or your sister.
Get my point? We know you can fight but until we ctually see you fight a name fighter, what you are doing is just a preseason or practice game. In other words, IT DON’T COUNT!!!!
Super Roy Jones was my allime fav fighter. I was ecstatic when he beat Toney and Hopkins like a drum. It was too easy! I felt he would surpass Robinson as the greatest ever. But he refused to test himself until his skills started to erode.
Today, he is fighting no names just to get one more crack at the big time. But his skills are gone. He is gun shy. Your ego is just like his & one day you too will regret not having fully tested your immense arsenal of skills. I am one of your many fans who moved on.

i will pay what ever is the cost to watch pacman even if he fight an amateur fighter. that is how exciting he is. mayweather is as boring and i rather watch horse racing. at least i knew that the jockeys try to beat the horses. sorry but excitement is what pac bring to the table and JMM will find it so hard to win due to speed dancing and tango moves of mayweather. sorry but this is going to be another one of those boring show. wont spend my fifty on this one.

Mayweather is quite funny if you start to listen to him, in the interview with Brian Kenny he talks about Cotto, Mosley and Margarito fighting and beating each other…and then goes on to say “but who has beaten Floyd Mayweather?”.

I think he forgot that he hasn’t fought any of them yet.

Mayweather has great boxing ability but he is a BOTTLE JOB!
No way around it, he avoided
MOSLEY,COTTO & WILLIAMS!
The guy’s ego could not take the possibility of him losing, hence why he has fought blown up smaller guys – Hatton & JMM, he will probably fight another smaller guy next – Pacquaio, if not, he will probably fight the winner of Bradley-Cambpell – again, smaller guys…

I honestly think he would too, he’s unbelievably talented and he’s only hurting himself by not doing it. But if he keeps following the path he does how do you think he will be remembered?
As a all time great fighter? Or a great businessman who made the smart choices for his bank account? He will already be in the Hall of Fame because he is good but he will never be talked about in the same light as Robinson, Ali, Duran or Lenoard. He has the talent to match them but not the attribute that defines them. HEART!

Ive said before fan or no fan,PBF is the best pure talent in the sport. Im his biggest fan, but will say he needs to beat at least 2 from Pacquaio, Mosley, Williams, Cotto to seal his position as one of the greatest of all time, which he would be if he defeats some of these fighters and remains undefeated. The best thing is PBF has no choice after decimating JMM but to fight these fighters or he would justify the hate he receives. Given PBF talent i just think he will be able to neutralize the talents of any of the above fighter and win.

You still think this match up is still going to happen? Floyd has completely fooled you, guys! The fight will be scrapped in due time and Floyd would go into retirement again saying he was not offered enough money to fight Pacman. Floyd never intended to come back anyway, he just wanted to take some attention away from Pacman and will ultimately disappear in his own illusion… old and broke.
