Pacquiao cannt be a pound for pound.How can a pound for pound fighter like him doesnt want to take the blood test?Saying that blood test weaken him.for me Pacquiao is a pure cheater,using steroids to beat his opponents.Oh my God,how can people accept a
monster like this guy as pound for pound?

I have a confession to make and a big apology to floyd and the boxing fans. Over the past year alot of people have been saying am on steroids. Well the truth is i am on the juice and i apoligies to all the fighters i have won because i am a fruad. I have got the pound for pound by cheating, floyd is the true pound for pound. thats why i never took the blood test with floyd becuase people would have found out but now use all know. floyd you are te best

mayweather is the best pound for pound he went out the sport on top he came back in the sport on top. yes manny is a great fighter but people forget he has been nocked out an out boxed before

4 = Mosley – Deserves his place, should fight Cotto again

6 = Hopkins – ok… i suppose so, lol
7 = Donaire – Unstoppable
8 = Dawson – Needs some opposition
