Andrade Destroys Joseph, Serrano Defeats Krupp

By Sam Gregory: In the opening bout tonight in Uncasville, Connecticut, Demetrius Andrade 3-0 with 3 KO’s fought Tom Joseph 4-2 in a scheduled six round Jr middleweight fight. Andrade came out aggressively and made short work of Joseph stopping him in 1:53 of the first round. Demetrius Andrade the winner by first round knockout.

In a scheduled six round welterweight bout 19 year old Ray Serrano 9-0 with 5 KO’s took on 12-2 with 5 KO’s Jay Krupp. Serrano came out very strong in the first round and dropped Krupp in the opening seconds of the round. From that point on Serrano dominated the fight and went on the win a unanimous decision. The judge’s had it scored 58-55 and 60-53 twice for the winner Ray Serrano.
