Maccarinelli hails great Calzaghe

Cruiserweight boxer Enzo Maccarinelli has paid tribute to Joe Calzaghe, who announced his retirement from boxing this evening. Maccarinelli described him “the best British fighter ever produced”. Speaking to Setanta Sports News Maccarinelli said that Calzaghe “had nothing left to prove”. He said:
