Hopkins-Wright Replay

It’s a special edition of HBO BOXING AFTER DARK when HBO Sports presents the exclusive replay of the light heavyweight showdown BERNARD HOPKINS VS. WINKY WRIGHT SATURDAY, JULY 28 at 10:15 p.m. (ET/PT) on HBO. The HBO Sports team, which was ringside for the live event at the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas, will call all the action. The fight, which took place July 21 and was carried live on HBO Pay-Per-View, featured the highly anticipated matchup of two accomplished and decorated ring performers. The 42-year-old Hopkins scored a unanimous decision victory in the 170-pound showdown.

In addition to the HOPKINS-WRIGHT replay, HBO will present the previously announced HBO BOXING AFTER DARK fight between junior middleweights Vernon Forrest and Carlos Baldomir from Tacoma, WA. HBO2 playdates for the entire show: July 29 (7:45 a.m., 5:00 p.m.) and 31 (12:00 a.m.). Times are ET/PT.
